联盟简介

全球学术发展与创新联盟(Global Alliance for Academic Development and Innovation,简称GAADI)于2016年在中国香港特别行政区正式注册成立,由来自亚洲、欧洲和北美地区的学术界与行业代表共同发起创立。联盟是一家非营利性质的国际学术发展组织,致力于推动全球多学科学术交流、资质认证与创新研究。

自成立以来,GAADI始终秉持「专业、开放、严谨、创新」的核心价值理念,为来自全球各行业、各学科背景的专业人士提供权威、可信赖的学术发展支持服务。

五大核心服务

联盟面向全球专业人士提供五大核心服务,涵盖学术资质认证的各个维度:

  • 会员资格认证——由联盟会员资格认证委员会独立审核颁发,设有普通会员、资深会员、荣誉会员三个级别
  • 学术职务授予——由学术职务评定委员会组织多学科领域专家独立评审后授予,设研究员、高级研究员、特聘专家三个级别
  • 学术成果评审——联盟旗下独立运营的第三方评审机构,对学术论文、专业著作、发明专利、研究报告等多类型成果进行客观、独立的评审认定
  • 课题研究合作——依托GAADI旗下国际学术研究院(IARI),每年面向全球开放国际课题申请,设六大研究方向
  • 卓越奖项评选——全球学术创新卓越奖(GAIEA)是联盟旗下最具代表性的国际性学术奖项,自2018年起每年举办一届

全球覆盖

截至目前,GAADI已覆盖全球76个国家与地区,涵盖30余个学科领域,累计服务专业人士逾3,000人次。联盟不设行业、学科与国籍限制,工程技术、医学健康、法律政策、商业管理、教育人文、社会科学、艺术创作等各领域人士均可找到适合的服务项目。

组织架构

联盟下设会员资格认证委员会、课题管理委员会等专业委员会,以及国际学术研究院(IARI)全球学术研究与发展中心(GARDC)全球学术创新评审论坛(GAIRF)组委会三大专属机构,分别承担课题研究、专家职务入驻与年度学术评审论坛的运营职能:

Alliance Profile

The Global Alliance for Academic Development and Innovation (GAADI) was formally registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2016 and was jointly founded by academic and industry representatives from Asia, Europe, and North America. The Alliance is a non-profit international academic development organization dedicated to promoting global multidisciplinary academic exchange, credential certification, and innovation research.

Since its establishment, GAADI has consistently upheld "professionalism, openness, rigor, and innovation" as its core values, providing authoritative and reliable academic development support services for professionals from industries and disciplines worldwide.

Five Core Services

The Alliance provides five core services for professionals worldwide, covering multiple dimensions of academic credentialing:

  • Membership Certification- Independently reviewed and issued by the Alliance Membership Certification Committee, with three levels: Member, Senior Member, and Honorary Fellow.
  • Academic Position Appointment- Granted after independent review by multidisciplinary experts organized by the Academic Position Evaluation Committee, with three levels: Research Fellow, Senior Research Fellow, and Distinguished Expert.
  • Academic Achievement Review- An independently operated third-party review body under the Alliance that objectively and independently reviews academic papers, professional publications, invention patents, research reports, and other achievement types.
  • Research Cooperation- Through GAADI's International Academic Research Institute (IARI), international research project applications are opened globally each year across six research directions.
  • Excellence Award Selection- The Global Academic Innovation Excellence Award (GAIEA) is the Alliance's flagship international academic award and has been held annually since 2018.

Global Reach

To date, GAADI has reached 76 countries and regions, covering more than 30 disciplines, and has served more than 3,000 professional engagements. With no restrictions on industry, discipline, or nationality, professionals in engineering and technology, medicine and health, law and policy, business management, education and humanities, social sciences, arts creation, and other fields can find suitable service programs.

Organization

The Alliance includes the Membership Certification Committee and the Project Management Committee as professional committees, as well as International Academic Research Institute (IARI), Global Academic Research and Development Center (GARDC), and Global Academic Innovation Review Forum (GAIRF) Organizing Committee, three dedicated institutions responsible for research projects, expert appointments, and the annual academic review forum:

The Alliance Secretariat is headquartered in Hong Kong, China, and also maintains three regional offices: the Asia-Pacific Office, Europe Office, and Americas Office, enabling better service for professionals across different regions worldwide.

  • Professional Title Evaluation- International expert academic positions granted by GARDC and GAIRF review expert participation records can serve as supplementary evidence of international academic background in professional title evaluations.
