主席团
联盟最高决策机构,负责制定发展战略方针、审议重大事项及监督联盟整体运营方向。

负责联盟日常运营管理与决策执行,统筹协调各专业委员会及下属机构的工作。

会员资格认证委员会
独立负责联盟会员的资格审核与认证工作,管理普通会员、资深会员、荣誉会员三级认证体系。
课题管理委员会
负责国际课题的立项审核、过程管理及结项评定,确保所有课题的研究过程符合联盟规范,结项成果经严格质量把控后提交至GAIRF论坛进行评审,形成从课题立项到成果评审的完整闭环。
GAIEA卓越奖项评选委员会
负责全球学术创新卓越奖(GAIEA)的申报资格审核、专家评审组织、获奖名单确认及获奖证书签发规则,确保奖项评选流程的独立性、公正性与国际公信力。
全球学术研究与发展中心(GARDC)
GAADI于2018年设立的专属学术研究支撑机构,以邀请制形式建立并维护国际专家库,覆盖全球40余个国家与地区、30余个学科方向。中心负责向各领域专业人士发出职务邀请,授予研究员、高级研究员及特聘专家三级学术职务,入驻专家参与联盟课题研究指导、学术评审及年度论坛等核心学术工作。
全球学术创新评审论坛(GAIRF)组委会
负责统筹主办每年一届的「全球学术创新评审论坛(GAIRF)」,职责包括评审专家遴选与邀请、外部学术成果征集与分类、线上评审平台运营、评审结果汇总发布,以及每年10月香港线下论坛的活动策划与执行。组委会由联盟理事会授权成立,成员由联盟秘书处代表及GARDC专家委员会代表共同组成。
GARDC专家委员会
负责专家库遴选、专家类型划分、专家参与课题指导、成果评审与专业咨询等工作的统筹管理,确保专家资源使用的规范性与独立性。
GARDC学术职务评定委员会
负责研究员、高级研究员、特聘专家等学术职务的评审与授予,依据统一标准对申请人的学术背景、专业成果和行业贡献进行综合评定。
GAIRF学术成果评审委员会
负责论文、课题、研究报告、专利、专业成果及创新实践等学术成果的独立评审,建立评审专家遴选、利益回避、质量复核与申诉复审机制。
GAIRF学术成果评审中心
作为GAIRF评审业务的执行平台与服务窗口,负责材料接收、流程协调、评审意见汇总、成果认定文件制作及评审记录归档。
国际学术研究院(IARI)
International Academic Research Institute,成立于2019年,是GAADI旗下专注学术研究与课题合作的核心机构。设有六大研究方向,每年面向全球开放国际课题申请,结项后获颁由GAADI签发并加盖GAADI官方印章的证书。
IARI学术委员会
负责国际课题申请的学术评估、研究计划审核、过程指导、结项报告评定及研究成果发布前的学术质量把控。
GAADI adopts a professional committee management model under the leadership of the Council. Through clear functional division and organizational hierarchy, it ensures the independence, professionalism, and credibility of all services. The Alliance is headquartered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China, and has regional offices in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas, combining global operations with localized service.
Presidium
The highest decision-making body of the Alliance, responsible for setting strategic development policies, reviewing major matters, and supervising overall operational direction.
Council
Responsible for daily operation management and execution of decisions, and for coordinating the work of professional committees and subordinate institutions.
Secretariat
Headquartered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China, the Secretariat handles administration, external liaison, and daily coordination. It manages three regional offices to support global operations and localized service.
Asia-Pacific Office
Coordinates member services and academic activities in the Asia-Pacific region.
Europe Office
Coordinates member services and academic activities in Europe.
Americas Office
Coordinates member services and academic activities in the Americas.
Membership Certification Committee
Independently responsible for membership qualification review and certification, managing the three-level certification system of Member, Senior Member, and Honorary Fellow.
Project Management Committee
Responsible for approval review, process management, and completion evaluation of international research projects, ensuring all project research processes meet Alliance standards. Completed results are submitted to the GAIRF forum for review after strict quality control, forming a complete cycle from project approval to achievement review.
GAIEA Excellence Award Selection Committee
Responsible for eligibility review, expert review organization, awardee confirmation, and certificate issuance rules for the Global Academic Innovation Excellence Award (GAIEA), ensuring independence, fairness, and international credibility in the award selection process.
Global Academic Research and Development Center (GARDC)
GARDC is GAADI's dedicated academic research support institution established in 2018. It builds and maintains an international expert database by invitation, covering more than 40 countries and regions and over 30 disciplines. The Center issues position invitations to professionals in various fields and grants the three academic positions of Research Fellow, Senior Research Fellow, and Distinguished Expert. Appointed experts participate in core academic work such as Alliance research guidance, academic review, and the annual forum.
Global Academic Innovation Review Forum (GAIRF) Organizing Committee
Responsible for coordinating and hosting the annual Global Academic Innovation Review Forum (GAIRF). Its duties include review expert selection and invitation, external academic achievement collection and classification, online review platform operation, review result compilation and publication, and planning and execution of the offline Hong Kong forum each October. The Organizing Committee is authorized by the Alliance Council and consists of representatives from the Alliance Secretariat and the GARDC Expert Committee.
GARDC Expert Committee
Responsible for expert database selection, expert type classification, and coordination of expert participation in project guidance, achievement review, and professional consultation, ensuring standardized and independent use of expert resources.
GARDC Academic Position Evaluation Committee
Responsible for reviewing and granting academic positions including Research Fellow, Senior Research Fellow, and Distinguished Expert, comprehensively evaluating applicants' academic background, professional achievements, and industry contributions according to unified standards.
GAIRF Academic Achievement Review Committee
Responsible for independent review of papers, research projects, research reports, patents, professional achievements, and innovative practice outcomes, with mechanisms for expert selection, conflict avoidance, quality review, and appeal review.
GAIRF Academic Achievement Review Center
Serves as the execution platform and service window for GAIRF review work, responsible for material receipt, process coordination, review opinion consolidation, achievement recognition document preparation, and review record archiving.
International Academic Research Institute (IARI)
The International Academic Research Institute, established in 2019, is GAADI's core institution focused on academic research and project cooperation. It has six research directions and opens international research project applications worldwide each year. Upon completion, participants receive certificates issued by GAADI and bearing the GAADI official seal.
IARI Academic Committee
Responsible for academic evaluation of international research project applications, research plan review, process guidance, completion report assessment, and academic quality control before research results are published.
