- 在所从事的专业领域有实质性的贡献或创新性成果
- 具备可验证的专业成果记录(论文、专利、项目、产品、政策贡献等)
- 个人或团队均可申报
- GAADI现有会员与非会员均可申报
申报材料
- GAIEA申报表(可向秘书处索取模板,或通过GAIEA独立网站在线填写)
- 个人简历或团队简介(中文或英文均可)
- 专业成果综述(3,000-8,000字,阐述主要贡献、创新点与影响力)
- 支撑材料(论文发表记录、专利证书、项目证明、获奖记录、媒体报道等)
- 推荐信(至少一封,由业内专家或所在机构负责人出具,非必须但建议提供)
评审流程
提交申报(3月1日—6月30日)
申报人在规定时间内通过电子邮件或GAIEA独立网站提交申报材料。
资格初审(7月)
GAADI秘书处对所有申报材料进行资格初审,确认材料完整性与申报资格。
专家评审(8月—9月)
卓越奖项评选委员会组织多学科领域专家对通过初审的申报进行深入评审,围绕实质性、创新性、影响力与国际视野四大维度进行综合评估。
结果公布与颁奖(10月)
评审结果通过GAADI官方网站及GAIEA独立网站面向全球公布。获奖者将收到正式通知,并获颁官方获奖证书。

为更好地服务全球申报者,GAIEA设有独立运营的官方网站,提供在线申报、历届获奖者查询、评审标准详解等功能。申报者可选择通过GAIEA独立网站或GAADI秘书处两种渠道提交申报材料。
GAIEA独立网站与GAADI官方网站互联互通,所有数据与信息保持同步。无论通过哪种渠道申报,均享有同等的评审标准与服务质量。

The ninth GAIEA continues the award's consistent high standards and rigorous review process, inviting outstanding professionals from all fields worldwide to participate. Whether you work in engineering and technology, medicine and health, business management, social sciences, education development, law and governance, or any other professional field, you may apply as long as you have made outstanding contributions in your field.

GAIEA is open to all industries and disciplines worldwide. Application criteria are as follows:
- No restrictions on nationality, industry, or discipline
- Substantial contribution or innovative achievement in the applicant's professional field
- Verifiable record of professional achievements, such as papers, patents, projects, products, policy contributions, and similar evidence
- Individuals or teams may apply
- Both existing GAADI members and non-members may apply
Application Materials
- GAIEA application form, template available from the Secretariat or completed online through the independent GAIEA website
- Individual CV or team profile in Chinese or English
- Professional achievement summary, 3,000-8,000 Chinese characters or equivalent length, explaining major contributions, innovation points, and impact
- Supporting materials, such as publication records, patent certificates, project proof, award records, media reports, and similar evidence
- Recommendation letter, at least one, issued by an industry expert or responsible person at the applicant's institution. Not mandatory but recommended.
Review Process
Application Submission (March 1-June 30)
Applicants submit application materials by email or through the independent GAIEA website within the specified period.
Eligibility Preliminary Review (July)
The GAADI Secretariat conducts eligibility preliminary review for all application materials, confirming completeness and application eligibility.
Expert Review (August-September)
The Excellence Award Selection Committee organizes multidisciplinary experts to conduct in-depth review of applications that pass preliminary review, evaluating them across the four dimensions of substance, innovation, impact, and international perspective.
Result Announcement and Awarding (October)
Review results are announced globally through the GAADI official website and the independent GAIEA website. Awardees receive formal notification and are issued the official award certificate.
About the Independent GAIEA Website
To better serve applicants worldwide, GAIEA has an independently operated official website that provides online application, past awardee search, detailed review criteria, and related functions. Applicants may submit materials either through the independent GAIEA website or the GAADI Secretariat.
The independent GAIEA website and the GAADI official website are interconnected, with all data and information kept synchronized. Regardless of application channel, applicants receive the same review standards and service quality.

No. GAIEA is open to all professionals worldwide, whether or not they are GAADI members. - What is the application fee?
Please contact the GAADI Secretariat for the specific fee arrangement for the current edition. - Can teams apply?
Yes. Both individuals and teams may apply for GAIEA selection. - Can award certificates be verified online?
Yes. All GAIEA award certificates carry a unique verification number and can be verified online through the GAADI website.
