GAADI学术职务评定委员会（Academic Positions Evaluation Committee）是联盟旗下专门负责学术职务评审与授予工作的独立专业机构。委员会由来自全球多个国家和地区、涵盖工程技术、医学健康、法律政策、商业管理、教育人文、社会科学、艺术创作等三十余个学科领域的资深专家组成。The GAADI Academic Position Evaluation Committee is an independent professional body under the Alliance responsible for reviewing and granting academic positions. Its senior experts come from multiple countries and regions and cover more than 30 disciplines, including engineering and technology, medicine and health, law and policy, business management, education and humanities, social sciences, and arts creation.
所有学术职务的评审均由委员会依据统一的评审标准和规范化流程独立进行，确保评审过程的客观性、公正性与权威性。经评审通过后，申请人将获得由联盟正式授予的学术职务，并获颁相应的职务证书与授权函。All academic position reviews are conducted independently by the Committee according to unified review standards and standardized procedures, ensuring objectivity, fairness, and authority. Once approved, applicants receive an academic position formally granted by the Alliance, together with the corresponding position certificate and authorization letter.
三级职务体系Three-Level Position System
GAADI学术职务体系设有三个级别，由低至高依次为研究员、高级研究员、特聘专家。各级别面向不同阶段的专业人士，申请人可根据自身专业背景与成果积累选择适合的级别进行申请。The GAADI academic position system has three levels, from Research Fellow to Senior Research Fellow and Distinguished Expert. Each level serves professionals at different stages, and applicants may choose the appropriate level based on their professional background and accumulated achievements.
