GAADI专家库由全球学术研究与发展中心（GARDC）及相关专业委员会共同建设，用于支持学术职务评定、课题研究指导、成果评审、跨学科咨询及年度学术活动。专家库成员覆盖工程技术、医学健康、法律政策、商业管理、社会科学、教育人文、艺术创作、数据科学等多个领域。
为保护专家隐私与评审独立性，公开专家库仅展示经授权公开的姓名、编号及概要信息，不展示照片、联系方式、详细任职机构及涉密评审项目。专家信息将根据委员会复核结果和实际参与情况进行定期更新。

Expert Database Overview
The GAADI expert database is jointly developed by the Global Academic Research and Development Center (GARDC) and relevant professional committees. It supports academic position evaluation, research project guidance, achievement review, interdisciplinary consultation, and annual academic activities. Members of the expert database cover engineering and technology, medicine and health, law and policy, business management, social sciences, education and humanities, arts creation, data science, and other fields.
To protect expert privacy and review independence, the public expert database displays only authorized names, codes, and summary information. It does not display photos, contact details, detailed institutional affiliations, or confidential review projects. Expert information is updated periodically according to committee rechecks and actual participation records.
