经联盟理事会批准，全球学术研究与发展中心（GARDC）正式在原有研究员、高级研究员两级职务体系基础上，增设「特聘专家（Distinguished Expert）」级别。特聘专家是GARDC学术职务体系中的最高级别，面向在各专业领域具有突出贡献与深厚造诣的资深人士。
特聘专家的遴选采用邀请制与申请制并行模式，由GARDC学术委员会独立评审。详细的申请条件与流程已在GAADI官网「专家入驻」板块发布。
With approval from the Alliance Council, the Global Academic Research and Development Center (GARDC) has formally added the Distinguished Expert level to its existing two-level position system of Research Fellow and Senior Research Fellow. Distinguished Expert is the highest level in the GARDC academic position system and is intended for senior professionals with outstanding contributions and deep expertise in their fields.
Distinguished Expert selection uses both invitation and application mechanisms and is independently reviewed by the GARDC Academic Committee. Detailed requirements and procedures have been published in the Expert Appointment section of the GAADI website.
