标准范围Scope
本标准给出该技术的适应证，主要指颅底肿瘤穿刺活检术本身的适应证：颅底及面侧深区肿瘤，需要病理诊断来指导治疗方案；开放切口活检创伤大，操作困难者；导航定位更适宜的相关情况。禁忌证包括肿瘤全部为囊性病变，或临床及影像学诊断倾向于良性多形性腺瘤。
This standard provides indications for navigation-guided needle biopsy of skull base tumors, including skull base and deep facial tumors requiring pathological diagnosis to guide treatment, cases where open biopsy would be highly traumatic or difficult, and cases better suited to navigation positioning. Contraindications include fully cystic tumors and cases clinically or radiologically suggestive of benign pleomorphic adenoma.
