本文件给出了创伤性周围性面瘫诊断和外科治疗相关问题的推荐意见。本文件适用于各级各类医疗机构中口腔颌面外科、头颈外科、耳鼻咽喉科、修复重建科、康复科医师和相关专业护理人员对临床上诊断为创伤性周围性面瘫的患者的诊断和治疗。本文件部分适用于各类创伤性因素造成面神经骨内段连续性中断，从而导致面部表情肌运动不对称畸形，无法在损伤部位进行直接修复的创伤性中枢性面瘫患者的治疗。本文件不适用于严重且未控制的糖尿病患者，术区存在明显的软组织感染或缺损，术区存在复发肿瘤，及其他全身情况差或因严重系统性疾病不能承受手术者的治疗。
This document provides recommendations on diagnosis and surgical treatment of traumatic peripheral facial paralysis. It applies to clinicians and related nursing staff in oral and maxillofacial surgery, head and neck surgery, otolaryngology, reconstructive surgery, and rehabilitation who diagnose and treat such patients. It is partially applicable to traumatic central facial paralysis caused by intratemporal facial nerve discontinuity that cannot be directly repaired at the injury site. It does not apply to patients with severe uncontrolled diabetes, obvious soft-tissue infection or defect in the surgical area, recurrent tumors in the surgical area, or poor systemic condition that prevents surgery.
