经联盟理事会授权，「全球学术创新评审论坛（GAIRF）」正式创办。GAIRF每年举办一届，采用线上评审与香港线下论坛相结合的方式。首届论坛邀请来自18个国家与地区的专业人士担任评审专家，完成64份学术成果的专业评审。
GAIRF组委会由联盟秘书处代表及GARDC专家委员会代表共同组成，负责评审专家遴选、成果征集、评审执行及论坛活动策划。
Authorized by the Alliance Council, the Global Academic Innovation Review Forum (GAIRF) has been officially founded. GAIRF is held annually and combines online review with an offline forum in Hong Kong. The first forum invited professionals from 18 countries and regions as review experts and completed professional reviews of 64 academic achievements.
The GAIRF Organizing Committee consists of representatives from the Alliance Secretariat and the GARDC Expert Committee and is responsible for review expert selection, achievement collection, review execution, and forum event planning.
