全球学术研究与发展中心（GARDC）正式成立，作为GAADI旗下专属的学术研究支撑机构。中心以邀请制形式建立国际专家库，首批受邀专家入驻仪式于香港举行。
GARDC负责向各领域专业人士发出职务邀请，授予研究员（Research Fellow）及高级研究员（Senior Research Fellow）两级学术职务。入驻专家将参与联盟课题研究指导、学术评审及年度论坛等核心学术工作。
The Global Academic Research and Development Center (GARDC) has been formally established as GAADI's dedicated academic research support institution. The Center builds an international expert database by invitation, and the first invited expert appointment ceremony was held in Hong Kong.
GARDC is responsible for issuing position invitations to professionals in various fields and granting the two academic positions of Research Fellow and Senior Research Fellow. Appointed experts participate in core academic work including Alliance research project guidance, academic review, and the annual forum.
